Everyone talks about the dream of quitting their 9-5. I didn’t choose it - I was laid off 3 times. Instead of breaking down, I’ve decided to break free. How I'm going to build a $10k/month Notion empire:

Includes: - In-depth ICP one-pager - complete ICP interview guide - 30+ deep-dive questions - automated insights - and more.. But before I ship it, anything you’d want added? Let me know 👇

Marketing tip:

 Reduce your customer's options.

Too many options will cause decision paralysis. A confused customer is not a buying customer.

There are thought to be 5 types of intelligence: 1. Kinesthetic (movement) 2. Logical-mathematical 3. Linguistic 4. Interpersonal 5. Intrapersonal 6. Spatial 7. Musical 8. Naturalistic Which one do you excel at?

When building a business, focus is your greatest weapon. As Ron Swanson wisely said: ‘Don’t half-arse two things. Whole-arse one thing.’ Put your energy into what truly matters—and watch it thrive.

If your target customers ain’t bitchin’ they ain’t switching. People don’t change for ‘nice-to-haves’—they change to escape pain. Make sure your product solves a real, pressing problem. No pain, no gain.

Would your younger self be pleased with what you have achieved? Will your future self thank you for what you are doing today? I ask myself these 2 questions every morning. You should too.

List of 5 vital must-do's for your start-up: 1. Cool company name 2. Design bitchin' logo 3. Print business cards 4. Get a pool table 5. Merch (for sure!) Just kidding. 1. Build 2. Release 3. Iterate 4. Repeat

Think you know your biggest SaaS competitor? Spoiler: It’s probably Excel. Why? Because it’s familiar, flexible, and always the fallback Familiarity always wins.

Your brain has a finite number of decisions in it each day. Waste them on the trivial, and you’ll have nothing left for what truly matters. That's why I always have the same breakfast!

People don’t buy features—they buy the future those features create. Shift your focus: 🛑 Stop describing what it does. ✅ Start showing what it changes.

I have 4 kids. Decided to start a business, not because it’s risky to do so. But because it’s risky not to. I want to build MY future, not someone else’s

If your target customers ain’t bitchin’ they ain’t switching. People don’t change for ‘nice-to-haves’—they change to escape pain. Make sure your product solves a real, pressing problem. No pain, no gain.

At 30, I was overweight with $1.37 in my bank account. At 43, I have 4 kids, a wife, a business, and (almost) a six-pack. Life does get better. But only if you do.

“If your SaaS product is good enough, customers will come automatically” Bullshit. You find your customers first, then build a product specifically for them. This is the way

1 single tweek to your contents could making all of the differences. A single tweak to your content makes all the difference. You see what I did there?

There are 4 key paths to market: 1. Sales-led 2. Marketing-led 3. Partner-led 4. Product-led Pick the one that fits your strengths Nail it and scale it!

If you had the choice - would you pick: Customers or a community? Customers = transactional Community = relationships And what do you think makes more money?

If you feel stuck while on your journey, reach out and help someone. You will be rewarded with dopamine. That will give you the boost you need to get going again.
