The short version of what I want to say is that every time a RPG is having a comic relief character I feel like they are trying to do a Minsc, and when I see a video game doing a twist I think about KOTOR. As they say, "Was I a good studio?" "No, I am told you were the best" Thanks for everything
BioWare, which was once hundreds of employees across three offices, had around 50 staff remaining when EA closed the studio this morning. EA gutted BioWare after the release of Dragon Age: The Veilguard last year, as we reported then: www.bloomberg.com/news/newslet...

Watching the Survivor B&B I mainly wonder if @frailmary.bsky.social knows her jacket is fabulous Also fun show anyway #RHAP
I feel similarly that life is much about applying a bag of tricks against depressive thoughts and feelings. Sometimes it's saying nice things to yourself, sometimes it's trying to watch these feelings pass, sometimes you try to make fun of them to get yourself into a less fatalistic mood
Productivity as an adult is just an endless process of applying new psychological tricks and operant conditioning to yourself until an acceptable number of tasks are completed.
As an internatioal fan of rhap it's always too late at night for me to catch anything live, but 4pm (11pm for me) is great, woop woop (Also interested in writing)
I'm teaching an hourlong craft class through @onestorymag.bsky.social on how to create conflict in fiction that feels rooted in character. Sign up now through the aforementioned periodical's website!
I think my defining game is Pink Panther: Hocus Pocus. It was the first game I played that had real focus on narrative. It was also supernatural and smart and funny. I didn't know a lot of games until I was 13, mainly lack of English and internet. I did play Warcraft 2 and Heroes 3 >>

As a fan of Survivor I'm rooting for Dee and Devens. As a fan of social strategy games, I'm rooting against production. Maybe if one of the Survivors leave because of a twist they'll stop with the nonesense (though as they didn't stop after last season, not sure anything can help)
You’d have ruined the last great bastion of social strategy gaming. I feel like this is a direct response to Ashley’s win. #bb28
well if @taranarmstrong.bsky.social didn't want this to be taken out of context he shouldn't have made it so out-of-context-able
As a fan of supernatural mysteries, Galley House is one of the best I know, and is in my top 2 games of this type that really requires you to think, along with Golden Idol. I can only hope it will have many spiritual successors.
Our next game, The Incident at Galley House, is coming out July 14, 2026! You can wishlist now on Steam: store.steampowered.com/app/3641000/...

I consider getting this even though I don't play rpg and don't really read source books. But I'm really into DG actual plays (shout out to RPPR's run of Impossible Landscapes) and it's a really good price.
It's the last day! $1 for 4 books $6.99 for 12 books $14.99 for 34 books Everything you need to play YEARS of #DeltaGreen including #GodsTeeth AND #ImpossibleLandscapes. Spread the word and get in there...while it lasts.
