The Greens look like they have lost all of their seats. I reached out across the aisle during after the US election to the Australian Institute & primarily it's Greens aligned voters, about stopping the overly critical comments to try & create a strength in the Australian progressives.

Greens have lost their way. They played politics for the past decade & voted against their stated beliefs. They need to get back to what they believe in & start working with the government & not against it. I haven't seen the Senate results, but I assume it is still there. Move back to Bob Brown

Watching the debate from last night. 3 major errors for Dutton" 1. Demonising Rudd. You speak to both sides of this conversation & the fact that Rudd has been working in Sino-American relations for almost a decade is seen as a major plus in the current climate. He is misreading the room here.

2. Most people understand Sino-Australian relations are complex. Whilst not wanting to be too close, they also know what happens when you annoy China too much. People want to be diplomatic with then & not call then major defence risks.

3. Ppl don't agree nuclear is the way & those who do, practice NIMBY to the max. Ppl who don't like nuclear aren't against it in all forms & see joining the armed services as a risk. Subs are a massive risk no matter what its fuel is. Comparing the risk with Subs & people isn't seen as relevant.
