Because unless you have a federal charge against you local state and even county sheriff's cannot arrest you on Federal Land that means you can run to the post office and if you're being arrested they cannot arrest you on federal land or property unless you committed a federal crime

So that's just a little bit of something for America and if they try to tell you that they can arrest you they have to have probable cause to have the Federal Marshals arrest you but even then you have to be convicted of a crime on federal property

Question why do homeless shelters allow residents to work for the shelter no experience no medical training whatsoever but yet the churches seem to let this happen they show favoritism on other homeless people some don't breathalyze before you come in to the shelter and they don't have legitimate

But if health and human services or OSHA ever did a surprise inspection they would shut down half if not all of these shelters in this country, some shelters you get fed 3 meals a day some shelters you only get fed twice but I really think that department of health and human services and OSHA needs

To have surprise inspections on all these shelters in this country half of these shelters are so bad like the one in lake Charles demands of preacher but the men's shelter cockroaches bed bugs disgusting so I think healthy human services needs to get off their ass to do something

And I mean legitimate programs what are chores and volunteer work helping homeless people what you call programs, the only programs I see are homeless people doing all your dirty work and you want the homeless people to find a job and to find a place to live it's kind of hard to do that
