We are doing a maintenance for both neoTNC and TNC PDS as we are moving both on a much better server. This will take a while. This will make both neoTNC and TNC PDS unavailable during the maintenance. Thanks! ~ @jbc.lol

Migration finished, we are currently monitoring it if it goes down again.

neoTNC and TNC PDS is now stable. We have found out that the reason of the instability of neoTNC is because our old server ran out of RAM and using swap for neoTNC and it caused the backend workers to starve. Switching to our new server fixed the issue. ~ @jbc.lol
