This may be a dumb question, and maybe I missed a memo, but why are we trying to figure out how to beat Trump in '28 if he isn't allowed to run for a third term? And where are the Trump/Epstein files? That is all.

They aren't going to reopen the government until they can bring it back as a completely new format beholden to their fascist authoritarianism. Yhe government that reopens won't be the same one that shut down. They'll say it's broken beyond repair (which they did) and needs to be entirely recreated.

Why aren't the old guard Democrats, particularly "leadership", being hounded and called out on a daily basis for failing to retaliate? If anything they're standing in the way. I'm almost as angry with them as with Republicans (almost).
