Dora's leaving beta has been many months of work, but it'll be worth it ❤️ planning a potential video to go over some things and keep ye in the loop. It's a major overhaul and improvement and we're going all in. More deets to come

We've always struggled in finding a good solution to project management on @doras.to. Linking bug reports with internal developer notes, tracking progress of feature requests and the demand for each one, keeping everything consolidated. 🧵

Soon, Sayr will be brought to the world. Fully open source, self hostable, and a central way to manage everything. Doras was our tool to consolidate your social presence, and Sayr will be the tool an organization can consolidate feedback, bug reports, and their project management entirely.

We've tried GitHub issues & projects, Linear, Clickup, Plane, you name it. Nothing bridged the gap. How can you have both a great place for developers to work from, while having users be able to contribute to the discussion. The last few months I set out to bridge this gap

Today marked the end of my near 3 year saga at GitHub. I've met so many amazing people and had such a good time with everyone I crossed paths with. This chapters closed, and it's time to start the next one

For anyone who uses Hyprland and wants to expand their OBS, I've written a half-decent script to change source visibility depending on your active window github.com/tommerty/obs... It's not perfect, but works ok. GIF in the README to understand how it functions

Ok, it's time to try #omarchy. With knowing the new Gnome will bork some extensions I rely on and KDE not supporting spanning windows across tiles (like fancy zones), I guess it's back to Hyprland to try my luck. I will miss Fedora though. Let's call it a 30 day arch challenge

I think my biggest gripe with #bsky is that when I come back a few hours/day later, I need to scroll past things I've already seen. maybe I don't follow enough people? 🤷

So Macs open apps before you even login? I just done an update, done a full system reboot and on the login screen my YouTube Music webapp opened and started blasting System Of A Down.. My heart didn't need that tonight
