Just release it. Don't know who needs to hear that right now, but release anxiety is a very real thing (I am very familiar). The best thing you can do is release whatever project you're working on right now, and iteratively improve as you go.

In my opinion, loneliness in young adults is the next major challenge tech companies and app developers should tackle. In such an online world, young people are going out much less and struggling to make friends after education. A short thread on my thoughts as a software developer:

Several years ago, there was a similar stigma on dating apps, and meeting someone online. However, this is completely gone with most relationships now starting through dating apps. If we can remove the stigma in the same way for apps to make friends, I truly believe we can help so many people

Mobile apps do exist designed for people to be able to make friends, such as Yubo or Bumble friends. The issue is the stigma with such apps, which is therefore why I believe this is a marketing issue rather than a technical one
