Eventually, the #SEAMS2025 proceedings are now available in the IEEE digital libraries (links in the comments). Soon, they should also be online at ACM. For some reason, SEAMS is labeled as a symposium and not as a conference in the libraries and proceedings. I'm currently trying to fix this.

So if you are a reviewer, don't upload the papers you are reviewing, or confidential portions of your reviews, into any LLM that doesn't guarantee confidentiality.
