I ate too much today. Still, under 500 calories is acceptable but I gobbled down just about 1,000 calories and that deserves punishment. I must be stronger if I am ever going to reach 170lbs. I am currently 192lbs. I am a grotesque monster.

The scrub-jays have a nest in our rose bush! I looked it up and, dontcha know, scrub-jays often nest in rose bushes! WOW so on top of all the beautiful flowers we get from our roses, we are also hosting a scrub-jays family! 🫶

LGBTQ Youth have the highest suicide rate among all other groups/communities and in response to that, the Trump administration is doing away with vital protections. Just more blood on their hands, the blood of children. SHAMEFUL! HATEFUL! REPUGNANT!

Today Im getting acupuncture to cure the numbness I have in my right leg from sciatica that just appeared for reasons no one can figure out. So, of course I need to poop and I'm worried I'll diarrhea all over the clinicians table but the bathroom is out of service so, idk, good luck to me I guess?

This morning at 3:00am I woke up starving so I made a plate of vomit, oh, I meant Totino's pizza rolls, and now I want to die from the shame. I need to push to ignore the hunger pain if I'm going to remain successful at losing more weight. I'm currently 6'2 185 lbs down from a top weight of 340 lbs

This morning I filled out the volunteer application to lead Peer to Peer Mental Health Support Groups at NAMI Fresno. I'm keeping my fingers crossed I get an interview. Will you please cross your fingers too? 🫶🦋🌷 #nami #mentalhealth #recovery #peersupport

So, I tried Lions Mane mushroom hot chocolate and I got so sick, we called poison control. They encouraged me to go to an ER. I knew I wouldn't survive that ride so, suffered with extreme vomiting and incredible pain for 2 days. Be careful of supplements. Don't take a full dose the 1st time.

Both our sons are growing up so rapidly. Zane, who we adopted when he was 14, turned 21 yesterday! WTF? I miss that kiddo he was but, he's grown into a beautifully empathetic adult which can be hard for an individual with autism. We just love him so much we could never imagine our lives without him

This is Mr Cat. He was a feral we fed and watered on the porch for 7 years until, amazingly, he came inside just last week and we're thrilled. He is so loving and so gentle and such a great addition to our family #adoptdontshop #feralcats #lovetakestime

Beautiful flowers c/o my husband who knows flowers are my jam. Not too surprising I guess I started my own floristry business in my 30s when I lived in NYC. I love flowers so much I had to create a way for me to work with them full time & honestly, I was pretty successful #whitehousechristmasdecor

This is Judson St church in NY. It was housing for NYU while I was there. My first year at school, my housing was in the Judson St church's tower which you can see in the image. I was so fortunate. The room had 360 view of lower Manhattan. And now, it's a historically protected building.

My family, a montage. We are multiracial, we are gay dads, we are adoptive fathers, and the guidance for our handicapped sons who we adopted 12 years ago from the terribly broken foster system. We are 100% blessed.

My husband does the grocery shopping for the family every Tuesday and is sweet enough to buy me flowers every Tuesday too just because he loves me and knows how happy flowers make me. Im so fortunate 🫶

We keep a forever tree that gets decorated every holiday/season. This is our Spring tree which will be redecorated for Easter, etc. It's so cheery. Plus, our sons, who are both adopted, never experienced holidays at their biological homes so this is something they really love. We do it for the kids.

Every Tuesday my husband does the grocery shopping. And, every Tuesday, he bring me a mess of beautiful flowers. This week there were so many flowers, I was able to make two smaller arrangements that look great on the table. Honestly, if you are stumped about what to gift someone, make it flowers

We have 4 dogs and 2 cats. Needless to say, our grooming bill is a lot. So recently, since having my SSDI reduced by $2,000 a month, we have been looking for ways to cut costs so, we're just going to have to groom them ourselves. Thankfully, we purchased the necessary tools. Please say a prayer LOL

Not having a great #mentalhealth day. Started off my morning with tears. I wish things were different but, my sister has turned on me. If only she knew how difficult my life is maybe she would give me a little grace. I guess she's just tired of showing up. I guess I don't blame her. I'm exhausting.
