Changing launch options around graphics will allow it to work once, then you reboot and it stops working.

Its so weird, the fix itself is super inconsistent but typically has something to do with the shader cache. Deleting it sometimes fixes it? There are also 2 different failure states on boot. One that can be bypassed by trying again and the other that I'm trying to figure out.
