Well their position and stated values says they are beyond Corruption so No direct Laws have yet been passed to stop Corruption, however Congress failed to recognize that they are Republicans in sheep clothing. We need a Democratic Congress to get a Law passed on SCOTUS. ⚖️🇺🇸😎

i am astounded at how much i am seeing these same type of generic generative ai placard/memes/posters/cartoons on blueskey and everywhere. real human graphics artists must be having an existential moment. this ai "content" is just everywhere. i feel so bad for them.

in the sea of endless bad news, it's nice to seem some plain old good vibes.

#ResistanceRoots At a “conservative” event in Dallas in August 1980, Repub operative Paul Weyrich said, “I don’t want everybody to vote. As a matter of fact, our leverage in the elections quite candidly goes up as the voting populace goes down.” It cemented the Repub focus on voter suppression. /1

The Justice Department appears to have included a fake AI-generated. citation in an ICE detainee's case. Judge Jarbou, a Trump appointee in Michigan, called it out: storage.courtlistener.com/recap/gov.us...

What is ironic is, this is something McConnell would do. As we learned when Scalia died - the art of buying time and bending rules to cheat to get what you want. The entire GOP is covering up McTurtle; the most dishonest political party ever.
