VETO the NEW sex definition! There is a new binary sex definition in the proposed Ohio budget bill, and it will have extensive expenses and consequences if passed, without clear details on which state services will be affected or how.

New language in the state budget bill has added one of the most restrictive anti trans ID bills in the country. It would: - Require “biological sex” on driver’s licenses and state IDs - Put updated birth certificates out of compliance with federal Real ID law *Further Clarification Below
