Gone to watch the first of the new series of "Gone Fishing" and I seem somehow to have missed the last two episodes of the last series!

26 indoor miles. Got a dab on. Good start to the week.

Another 18 mile indoor cycle. Best week for a good while on the cycling front - 86 miles. There was a time, not that far back, when that was a Sunday ride!. I seem to be ageing at a rate of knots.

Rain stopped play on the gardening front. Got it cut but there's damp grass cuttings all over the shop. Bastard weather. Hopefully dries up and a swift sweep will follow. On my second cup of tea.
