A couple of years one of my favorite songwriter/musicians passed away, and his band is keeping the party going. Seeing the guitar, the wristbands, and the captains wheel on stage brought back a lot of feeling tonight and it served as a reminder to share and celebrate what makes you happy and joyful.

Good news … I found another pair!

I’ll look over and watch some basketball from time to time if it’s on and US football. As a kid I played some baseball (leftie) and will almost always say yes to throwing around a football, baseball, frisbee or even lacrosse! Been a bit but enjoy some trail riding on my bike too.
