Friends from Denver, Dawkins and Chef Cris (now living near Tahoe) are visiting this weekend. Should be here around 3pm. Dinner will be chopped smoked pork butt (in the smoker for 2 hours already). I will make some cold slaw, refried beans, pico and homemade tortillas for pork tacos.
