@mirlo.space Any plans on offering something other than Stripe for payment processing? I don't want to use Stripe given their pro-AI and support of a particular far-right developer.

If someone says they like AI, at all, I'll forever assume everything they do is AI.

Being creative in an age of AI slop is an act of resistance.

Deleted my GitHub account. Fuck Microsoft. Fuck AI.

Fun fact: The jobs lost due to the invention of the printing press isn't the same as the jobs lost due to AI adoption.

26. Blanket/ 09. Flowerbed 🐻🌼for Peachtober Initially I was gonna do this one for flowerbed only, but I got too busy and I forgot to post it. As it fits for blanket too, here we are 😁 it was really fun to work on this! ❤️

If you use AI or think there is nothing wrong with it, don't pretend to care about the environment or mental health.

Since Gentoo is running well on my main computer, I'm not installing it on my Lenovo ThinkPad T480.

I'm trying out Gentoo Linux. Its a much more... long and complicated install/setup process but if it all works I'll have only the features I need on my apps/services. Trying because they have a no-AI policy. Trying to use as many no-AI tools as I can. www.gentoo.org

@thehamofficial.northsky.social My mom said that "Ham is in the freezer". What are you doing in there?

That was a fun project. About 2 years ago our bathroom fan stopped working. Because its so old we couldn't easily get an exact replacement but I found a new one that fit. I had to slightly modify the housing but its installed and working well.

1. OAK for Peachtober This year I decided I will not attempt the whole month, too much pressure for me. I just want to do a few and have fun with it and I had lots of fun with this collage. Isn't she a cutie? 🐿️🍂

It is cardigan weather. Thank you for your attention on this matter. President TTG.

I have other things I probably *should* be doing, but instead I'm playing around with a new (to me) static site generator called Zine. I usually use Hugo, but Hugo is now using AI and Zine has a no-AI policy. zine-ssg.io

Did y'all forget already that the Outlier game uses genAI?? (Screenshot from their own FAQ). A month ago they deactivated account because they got so much pushback, then had a crashout and used another acct to troll people about it. Just a head's up for anyone who wants to easily avoid AI products.

RE: awful.systems/post/9803337 Hey uh @kde.org, can you please say something about this? Seriously though! What the fuck?! #KDE #Foss #floss #opensource #linux

Here’s what I drew and colored today.

Let me teach you about color theory!

So many ideas.

More and more of my beard is turning white. I'm skipping the grey stage.

Hey everyone, one of my dearest friends was abruptly fired for asking for disability accommodations. He escaped an abusive home situation & being broke myself I cannot help him as much as I would like to. Please do me a HUGE favor and share/donate (if u can) #mutualaid ko-fi.com/captocie

Why don't HVAC hoses have an attachment that look like Kirby?

Feeling very much like fall today.

What do you use for commissions? Ko-fi? Vgen? Something else? I'm needing to make some income.

I am warm and don't feel well. Thank you for your attention on this matter. President Tristen T. Grant.

Had another job interview today. I thought it went well and he said I would find out by the end of next week if I get the job. They're interviewing this week and next. but the listing now says "Not selected by employer."

AHHH it’s finally here!!! Get your paws on a copy at your local bookshop. I hope you all enjoy Detective Beans’ new adventure! It’s his biggest one yet :D

@rob.tempomusic.fan Tempo Music also seems like an interesting project, but is it only available on mobile?
