Another year another Artober! This will be my 9th year in a row! I had a lot of fun with an OC-Tober list last year, so I'm doing it again this year but with 2 prompt lists I found on here by @devdelver.bsky.social and @electrafirefly.bsky.social respectively. This should be fun! #OC-tober #Artober

Day 25: Fun Facts + Bonfire Every so often it's fun to unleash (completely true) slander about your OCs. Also damn, definitely the most characters I'm drawing in one piece this year. #OC-tober #Artober

Day 24: Furry + Desserts I can't remember the last time I had Puto. All I know is it's been way too long. I NEED some good Filipino food again or I'm gonna go mad. #OC-tober #Artober

Day 23: Mecha + Carnival At first I wasn't sure how I'd combine these but I'm pretty satisfied with the result. Starring the OC Phobos by my friend Lapislazool! What devious thoughts is she thinking??? #OC-tober #Artober

Day 22: Assimilation + Rubberhose Style Today's a Goober day, cause getting Rubberhose Vibes without silly animals is pain. Fun fact, when you think Rubberhose you might think of the Pie eyes, and they are there! Though just as common are fully round eyes + eyes with round fills! #OC-tober #Artober

Day 21: Anime + Alebrije This was an interesting pair of words to work with. I decided to make both of them Mexico related by invoking dragon ball! Featuring Vomvie by my friend @scoobervevo.bsky.social and a Tomodachi life child of Vomvie's. Both of course are Mexican. #OC-tober #Artober

#CouragetheCowardlyDog

Day 20: Video Game + Magical Girl There was only one Video Game Magical Girl I could think of off the top of my head. I thought it'd be fitting to have Tessie dress up as her, with a few draconic touches... #OC-tober #Artober #deltarune

Day 19: Polar Opposite + Rest And Relaxation Compfy and Gapino have radically different ideas of what constitutes R&R, and unfortunately they conflict with eachother. #OC-tober #Artober

Day 18: Genderbend + Angst/Injury This counts as a Genderswap too. Sexual dimorphism in birds is funny, cause sometimes you'll get a bird that barely seems to change and then you'll have another species that looks like a completely different animal. #OC-tober #Artober

Day 17: Old + Under The Sea Joanna is a very in the now type of girl, the past is just an excuse to do something. Be it story hunting or treasure hunting, she's always on the lookout for a good scoop. No matter how much trouble it may bring to her future... #OC-tober #Artober

Day 16: Young + Fears Ghosts are scary cause you can't just punch them... As a Fledgling, Jeepni was utterly terrified of ghosts, which made him an easy target. Nowadays he's just super scared of them, cause you can't just punch them. #OC-tober #Artober

Day 15: Drinks + At Work A redraw of a scene from the second Goober Comic. The Barkeeper Jinxe finally has someone to serve, but as things unravel it becomes clear they may not have come for just a drink... #OC-tober #Artober

Day 14: Treats + Goth/Punk Treat yourself. An idea I've had for a while on early Pancit and Manana interactions. Manana wounded from a battle, too stubborn to accept any hospitality, and Pancit equally motivated to keep offering it. #OC-tober #Artober

Day 13: Fantasy + Crafting/Building Big mistake to wander into a thief's hideout... Compfy Cozhee in a pillow fort they made of the royal's silk. #OC-tober #Artober

Day 12: Sci-Fi + Outer Space "A planet has exploded, and yet a lot of the flora seems to be unaffected. Getting a sample will prove useful in finding out how." #OC-tober #Artober

Day 11: Outdoors + Combat Fighting outdoors is fun cause there's no walls to stop you! Jeepni (foreground) has his preference of BEEFY swords, meanwhile Korory (background) has their preference of SLIM swords. In spite of this, they enjoy a good clash together! #OC-tober #Artober

Day 10: Beach Day + Pet The fun part about fiction is you can pet all the silly marine life you want no problem. For a beach frequenter like Batiba, they get the opportunity quite often. #OC-tober #Artober

Day 9: Lover + Roller Skating "Let's do this together later..." These two were the first ship that came about in this batch of OCs. All because of a Miitopia playthrough funnily enough. #OC-tober #Artober

Day 8: Seasonal + Monster Creatures of the Rainy Season and the Dry Season, neither can resist a good meal! #OC-tober #Artober

Day 7: Fancy + Pride Wearing something with pride with pride! The dragoness Tessie, you may get burnt if you stand too close. #OC-tober #Artober

Yasmine 🇵🇭 Street Fighter 6 #art

Day 6: Relaxing + School Days Whenever the teacher rolled in an old ass TV you knew it was gonna be a chill day. It's no different for the Fledglings. #OC-tober #Artober

Day 5: Working + RPG It's not an easy job cleaning up the streets of New Lumos, but giving the fiends a taste of their own medicine makes it all worth it! Pictured is who I made the MC of my playthrough, Sotrue Bestie the Kind Cleric with her hair down! #OC-tober #Artober #Miitopia

Day 4: Portrait + Family Three generations of Goobers, and each looks as goobery as the last! #OC-tober #Artober

Day 3: Posing + Breakfast What pose will you strike next breakfast? #OC-tober #Artober

Day 2: Expressions + Leaf Pile A historian (Toyang) and a botanist (Eduito) have plenty to talk about. Though one certainly shows their enthusiasm more than the other. #OC-tober #Artober

Day 1: New OC + Super Hero Funnily enough right before this I finally made the 12th in a set of OCs, so this is a nice prompt to start with. A reporter named Joanna interviewing Jeepni, currently acting as his Super Hero Fighter Persona. #OC-tober #Artober
