Trump's press secretaries so far have been Sean Spicer, Sarah Sanders, Kayleigh McEnany, Karoline Leavitt, and Katie Zacharia? So, that's SS and KKK? Wonder what the next initialism will be ...

I really love my university, a lot, even! But my gifts for tenure and promotion were two pens that don't work (see example scribbles). So, I bought myself a vintage Telly Award and had a $7 dollar name plate added because, dammit, tenure and promotion took me 40 years to accomplish!

Find an award in your field and do the same; really recommend it! You'll feel stupid at first but then when you casually glance over, you'll remember everything you did, and it will matter to you!

Taylor Cole Miller explores what vanished with DuMont, and why preserving television history matters. 🗄️ #Books #VanishingCulture #DigitalMemory #InternetArchive

🕳️ What happens when an entire TV network nearly disappears from history? The DuMont Network pioneered television with firsts that shaped the medium, yet much of its legacy is gone forever. 📺 📚 Read for free or purchase in print: archive.org/details/vani... 🧵

#Hacks really stuck the landing! From the power of Xenites early on in the season to Barbra and Judy from The Judy Garland Show signing off, Hacks was a love letter to the meaningful connections the medium so often makes.

Dear advertisers: Streaming commercial breaks longer than a minute and 10 decibels louder than the programming perfectly ensures a mute button.

The Grimaldi Crater and Mare Orientale are really enjoying their moment in the spotlight right now! #artemisii #moon

The American presidents of 1997, 2007, 2017, and 2027 were all born in 1946. Maybe Cher will turn back time once more for 2037.

When a streamer has one or two commercials, I watch them all the way through. When they have two and a half minutes of commercials, I take a restroom break or mute and look at TikTok and don’t watch any commercials.

I wish they'd just only count the politicians' time against the clock and not the respondent's irrelevant filibustering.

I wish democrats would stop nationalizing local elections. I am not donating to someone running for Senate in Alaska, stop texting me and spend your money focusing on Alaskan voters. I have Stop2End fatigue.

Hello, friends! I'm doing Beth Lagarón's novel-of-the-month friend challenge! Please share one novel you think I should read (something that just blew you away you think I'd enoy), and I'll pick 12 and then share my thoughts each month!

ALL platforms need to have specific categories for reporting unlabeled AI nonsense. Since none of you let us write comments about why we are reporting something, at least do this.

Not to be the complainer account, but it a regulator could intervene in the whole "subscribe with your email for 10% off" but then in the next screen you also have to enter your phone number, should be illegal.

I'm so tired of political texting whack-a-mole. Every single congressional politician (I'm not even their constituent) is now going to text me and I just have to, what, stop2end them all for the rest of my life?

As a headphones user who subscribes to Hulu with commercials, I'm curious if advertisers pay more for their commercials to be AT THE VOLUME OF GOD.
