Despite my love for The Elder Scrolls and Oblivion / Skyrim being my favorite games of all time, I’ve actually never done a playthrough of Morrowind. I messed around with console commands & mods when I was younger, but never any progression. On a whim, I decided to change that. It’s time.

Heartbreaking seeing the trailer for the new Mass Effect project, as it looks exactly like what I’ve begged for: a return to ME1 vibes. I didn’t find the apocalyptic Reaper stuff as interesting as the politics of the first game. Loved playing space detective as humanity tried to find its place.

The first Mass Effect game was such a formative experience for me. For years I’ve been yearning for a new ME that harkens back to the space odyssey vibes of the original. It was so mysterious & beautiful. Every time I hear this track it’s instant chills. Thank you BioWare 💔

This card from Pokémon TCG Pocket is precious 😭

Yooooooo, nobody told me Steel Ball Run is back too!!! With Jojo’s, Black Clover, Cyberpunk Edgerunners, Aoashi, Dragon Ball, Tokyo Revengers, and Ace of Diamond in the line-up, this anime season is shaping up to be pretty good!

Didn’t share here yet, but had a fantastic dinner over the weekend at one of my favorite local spots

We got a dozen of us out for one last day of kickball before the weather gets too chilly! Now that I’ve touched some grass, back to Castlevania 👻

Happy Friday! Had some very cool LEGO sets delivered today 😁

Yoooo I did not realize that Ace of Diamond was back already!!!! I’m so happy 😭😭😭

It’s my favorite night of the month: Halo LAN Party!!!

Got my Dave the Diver collector’s edition! Been a while since I bought a CE as they often feel outrageously priced for what you get anymore, but I love this. $80 is a great value for a physical, all-in copy and a handful of goodies 🐬

I’m stoked Black Clover is back! I had mixed feelings at the start, but the Black Bulls are such a fun group and Studio Pierrot really delivered in some big moments (and that crazy filler episode they went ham on). Gotta see my boy Asta become Wizard King 👊

I need to make more progress in Fortunes Weave, but Symphony of the Night has been very distracting 😆 Just got to the inverted castle!

Some tacos I had this week 🥵

I’m soooo excited for Car Park Capital! Bullfrog is EXACTLY what came to mind when I saw this. It’s beautiful 🥹

Now I just need Blackbeard x Flying Dutchman and I’ll be satisfied 🏴‍☠️

Had to rock the Kirby-Sephiroth shirt in honor of Cy finishing his playthrough of FF7 tonight. Come check out the finale and the banger voice acting mod!

After 90 hours, I’m finally halfway through Part 1 of Fire Emblem Fortune’s Weave 😅 ✅Cai ✅Leda ❌Theodora ❌Dietrich Hopefully I can get to part 2 within the next couple weeks!

Got tilted a few times and thought I was going to drop it halfway through, but just beat RoB, my second Castlevania game! ✅Haunted Castle ✅Rondo of Blood VERY excited for Symohony of the Night next.

Happy Friday y’all!!! I’ve had my head buried in Fire Emblem all day in hope of making some real progress 😂

Happy October 👻 I need something smaller to play alongside Fire Emblem since I likely won’t finish that until 2031, so what better month to finally start my Castelvania arc!!!

I’ve secured the Delta Reign preorders for my goat Gen 3!!! Now just need to get those 30th anniversary UPCs and a couple other promo boxes 🤞

Had such a great weekend with friends at our annual board game retreat. Nice just to relax, snack, and game with no worries. Magical Athlete & Underwater Cities were definitely the big hits this year. We had a blast with Return to Dark Tower last year, so was stoked to play that again!

We grilled up some veggie & steak skewers, and played four games on the opening night! Back to back games of the super chaotic Magical Athelete The fast and furious Goats & Goblins Our beloved Sushi Go Party And the classic King of Tokyo!

Time for the 2026 board game retreat!!! So excited for a weekend of relaxing and gaming!

At work wishing I was back at home playing Fire Emblem in bed 😩

I’ve been at a work conference since Sunday, so no Fire Emblem for me sadly, but did get to watch that Rams W at the bar!!!! LFG

Fell to my knees when she said this

Magirkarp (2026 • 30th Celebration) “An unpowered, pathetic Pokemon. It may jump high on rare occasions, but never more than seven feet.” #PokemonCardFriday #PokemonTCG

Using the pro controller to turn the Switch 2 on instead of getting up

I was late to Three Houses, but that game carried me through many of the pandemic’s early days. Still one of my all-time favorite games. I’m stoked to experience Fire Emblem with everyone this time 🥳

The hits:

What collab do you think is next? I’m pulling for Jujutsu Kaisen x Care Bears

Hear me Krabs! When I discover the One Piece, I'll run you out of business. I WENT TO COLLEGE!

Kingdom Hearts 4 marketing is popping off so much that they gave my town its own keyblade ⚜️

Kanto, I am your champion once more

What are your top 4 games you’ve played so far this year? For me: Mewgenics Sekiro Returnal Mina the Hollower

Happy Friday all! We’re just a few sleeps away from Fire Emblem!!!!

Rams football tonight!!! Still a bit salty about falling short last year, but at least this season should be another exciting one!

This is my remaining list for games I yet plan to play in 2026! I probably won’t get to a couple of these, but I’m super stoked for the new Fire Emblem and finally checking out the Castelvania series!
