This is Steven Vogt, manager of the Cleveland Guardians. Waaay back, when Mr. Vogt was in college, he played some summer league ball in northern Colorado. My young son was the bat boy. Steven treated my boy with respect, humor, and encouragement. I'm a Guardians fan. :)

Finishing a good book can cause "completion grief" - a kind of mental liminal space. That "well, now what" feeling.

Traversing space/time continuum. (...Or left 360° camera on in the car wash.)

4-1 montreal!

Köln 75 is fabulous. That is all. youtu.be/gwYhWPJjJ5k?... #jazz #film #cinema #KeithJarrett #movies #jazzsky #filmsky 📽️ 🎬

"Cancer free." Two words I wasn't sure I'd hear. :-)

Mouth Music ...Amazing work here. Stick with it.

In other news (sheesh), I found this and couldn't say "no". 1995 Guzzi 1100 Sport. <7K actual miles. Perfect condition. 98% original. 😊 ...After being severely injured last summer, I was done. Apparently not.😬

My son and I have been enjoying our Christmas visit to London from the states. Here are some pics.

After thousands of miles on the motorcycle, it's time to be done and retire the ol' Red Wing 877 boots. A summer mishap resulting in fractures and a spinal injury was enough. Turning 70 was part of it too. 50+ years on the bike(s) was great! Ride safe kids.

Taken between Masonville, CO and Estes Park, CO yesterday. (iPhone) Slight "tweaks" made via Snapseed and PS.

Taken with my iPhone from the parking lot of the Twin Owls Steak House in Estes Park, Colorado. You can sorta see the elk lower left - best I could do.

This amazing band is touring the US. Don't miss them if they're in your area. (I'm not affiliated with them.)

Nice rainbow tonight. (Northern Colorado)

Today's phone wallpaper...

Spent quality time with my young son yesterday (grown, but young). I've been worried about him. I needn't - he resolved his relationship problem (she ended it, but he understood), got a huge raise at work, and sports a new tattoo! 😊

Somewhere in Wyoming. July, 2023

Kashus Culpepper and Leon Bridges. Vail, CO. 5/25/2025. #Music

The closest I'm going to get to traveling anytime soon is setting my VPN to another country.

The view from the hotel window. Copenhagen. December. 2023.

A pic of James Taylor that I took a couple years ago. That's it.

Sunset from Bar Harbor, Maine.

71 Nyhavn Hotel (Copenhagen December, 2023)

Out of print, but worth finding. A poetic yet practical look at motorcycling, and specifically Moto Guzzi.

How about this one kids... not as negative as the other two, and the "E" is more defined. I can't do much as just one person, but I can at least do SOMETHING! Happy Easter, friends.🌷

Picked up a 360° camera last year to document some rides in Colorado. This is Loveland Pass, last October. (I hit the "magic" edit button and the music and effects were created - I've no skills. 😬)

There are plenty of travesties to choose from with this administration, but the unwillingness to even make an effort to bring Kilmar Abrego Garcia home, or to take any responsibility at all for the situation, is shameful at a level I can't process. What is this nation without the rule of law?

Colorado. Back in October, I think.

Sunrise, Bar Harbor, Maine this morning (Sunday, 3/30). I live thousands of miles away but check the live cam feed regularly. Sometimes I gets lucky. Enjoy a low-impact day today!

Rainy day. Turn on some tunes. Mmm.
