I link the constitution to the decision and I use things like how the system criminalizes poverty. How you’re guilty till you can prove your innocence. How we allow children to become federally subsidized incomes for our citizenry. I use the history and the laws that fund that system.

So I have put the child welfare system on trial. Using it against itself. Because we codified our discrimination using the SCOTUS Decision Buck v. Bell.

They use a metric called predictive neglect in the system to justify their position. I know someone whom I love and was traumatized by this system, and I want them to see some justice for others even though they never got it.

Well, here is the essence of my PhD and my work. My specific focus is mental health. In 37 states of our illustrious 50 states you can terminate and or coerce into relinquishment based on dx alone.

So for those of you who follow me on here you have discovered that I specialize in Eugenics and Child/Social Welfare Policy. You are probably asking yourself, WHY? Of all the subjects why eugenics and why social/child welfare?

Wonder how those red states will feel once they realize that their kids may not get their services.
