LDS Church loses lawsuit over payment of sexual abuse settlements The lawsuit alleged that the church did not report a reasonable suspicion of child sexual abuse as required by West Virginia law, and did not protect the children from their abuser.

Carl Cunningham, 38, was arrested for sharing child sexual abuse videos on Kik after an @FBI SWAT raid in Plantation, FL. The investigation began after @NCMEC forwarded a tip from Kik to Plantation Police, reporting 39 videos uploaded in Nov. 2024.
