I wake up today proud to be an American. Same as I did yesterday and the day before I will work to better my community, support my family and friends, and cheer on freedom worldwide No president can change that, no online idiot can change that God Bless America

15 years ago, I was a poor soldier with barely anything to my name I asked the most beautiful woman I'd ever met to marry me with a $25 ring from Walmart Since then we've raised 2 kids and built a life I wouldn't have dreamed possible in 2011 Best investment ever ❤️

Had a killer time in Arma today. Thanks for everyone who stopped by!

My toxic America First nationalism is supporting wind, solar, geothermal, hydro, and nuclear power Imagine how much freer we would be as a nation if we didn't have to give a shit about what was happening in the Middle East?

Yesterday I finished Chip War by Chris Miller . I give it 5⭐️ An incredible accomplishment telling a compelling 70 year non-ficition story about an incredibly complex topic of the world's most advanced technology held up against modern geo-political complexities More below

I am rabidly pro-US when we are in conflict I support the troops accomplishing the missions they are given with incredible lethality and asymmetric advantage I do not want us to win a fair fight; I want us to utterly decimate our adversaries' military using every unfair tactic

There are moral, ethical, and legal questions to ask of our national leaders before and after conflict But when the missiles start flying, I am on the side of our warfighters doing what they do best within the LOAC We will fight and we will win

Three families are getting a visit today that every service member fears Thoughts for those brave souls who gave the ultimate sacrifice in this conflict and the folks that have sustained life-altering injuries as a result of combat operations This is real war

Mom got me a sick birthday present this year: a subscription to the newly revamped Magazine of Fantasy and Science Fiction Volume 1 came in today. Stoked to read it!

4 years in and Ukraine is still standing, still there. Despite everything Russia, and their enablers, have thrown at that poor country, Ukraine stands Slava Ukraini and may this horrible war end in victory for our Ukrainian friends!

I love Steam Nextfest because all the new demos look so cool But I also hate Steam Nextfest because I know I'll never have time to play any of them

Checking this book out. Anyone else read it?

Legitimately sad that Olympic hockey is over. Some of the best games I've ever seen back to back to back, women's and men's. So many last minute goals to go to OT and exciting finishes in sudden death No other game like it. Can't believe I gotta wait 4 more years

Listen, the US has been through a lot this year Its only fair Canada let's us have a couple gold medals as a little treat

(Mostly self imposed)

Me during the hockey gold medal ceremony

I'll be honest, I don't think the USA deserved to win that one. Canada played better hockey pretty much that whole game But Hellebuyck's godlike performance kept us in it and we finally managed to capitalize on a lucky break in OT That's all that matters to get the gold!

Hughes gave multiple teeth in sacrifice to the game and maybe thats the difference
