Conferences are a great place to find community and meet people who have similar challenges as you. One of the best ways to network at conferences is to give a talk. If you are new to presenting this can feel really intimidating. Does anyone have some go to advice for new presenters? #rladies

I was looking at metrics at my (admittedly New Zealand) University recently, and I can make a very strong case that most of the research code being written here is ATM in R, and it is the Linga Franca of evidence discussions (where speed is not the optimisation, understanding of method is)
