๐Ÿ†• New open neuroimaging dataset released! Iโ€™m happy to share that our Naturalistic Neuroimaging Database (NNDb3T+) is now publicly available! NNDb3T+ captures rich, multimodal brain activity in a naturalistic setting with 40 participants and over 160 hours of scanning!

Here's the link to the piece @liisagalea.bsky.social and I wrote for The Tyee on the threats to medical research funding buried in the Conservative party platform ๐Ÿ˜ฌ

The Tyee@thetyee.ca

If elected, Poilievreโ€™s government will โ€œput an end to the imposition of woke ideology in the federal civil service and federal funds for university research.โ€ The phrase is almost identical to wording used by the Trump administration. Catharine Winstanley and @liisagalea.bsky.social write.

I love it when a data-driven, methods-heavy paper ALSO starts with a Pissarro quote. This is great stuff, and likely of interest to many of us in the naturalistic space....Congrats @sciencebanshee.bsky.social !! ๐Ÿ’ฅ

Exciting to see a result I found during my PhD in neurotypical undergraduates related to autistic traits conceptually replicating in autistic individuals!

Excited about this new paper using Multi-dimensional Experience Sampling to identify differences in thoughts between autistic and non-autistic individuals. This study was led by the awesome Will Strawson (not here yet) www.nature.com/articles/s41...
