Really, most of the difficulty came down to having changed a lot of URL paths, and having to stay consistent between links on either section. I hope it works... BTW, I removed a lot of things that are now irrelevant to the current stories/ideas of my projects. No need for them anymore.

I'm also getting very slowly better at anatomy... it just feels really great to be able to see that. Even if my old art isn't obviously "bad", I can still see the difference and it's great. I draw faster too, now...

I don't know, there's a lot of things I need to work on, you know? I have so many cool ideas, but my artstyle looks too... cartoony and simple. I love pixels but I think maybe I'm going in the wrong direction with how I'm using them. I'll have to figure this all out at some point.

So I'm at a bit of a roadblock... my current style isn't doing it for me anymore, but I don't want to drop Aseprite. Maybe it's just me, then? Maybe I could tone down the line thickness from 4 to 2 and draw to a slightly bigger scale?

Or maybe just draw bigger in general. Kinda hard when I don't have any big screens right now, but it could maybe work out. Honestly this kind of all stemmed from colors looking flat and boring... maybe I should actually learn how to shade. Or, uh, actually sketch for once...

If I use a different brush on Ibis, I have to drop Aseprite entirely, which I'm already used to and is my favorite art program ever because it has exactly what I like... plus no anti-aliasing which makes things way easier for me. Ibis isn't on PC and it's too simplistic (no animation stuff).

2. Editing existing art will be a pain I edit a lot of my art even after a long time just to fix issues I have with them or to update the character design. It's a lot easier to do this with aliased, small pixels, so the idea of doing this with an anti-aliased brush sounds like hell.

1. Incompatibilities between apps I use Aseprite on PC and Ibis on my phone interchangeably. The brush I use on Ibis is just regular pixels, and Aseprite is that by default, so I'm able to switch between them whenever I want and it won't change how the art looks.

It's going great so far

CRYSTALA is going through a MAJOR shift. I'm redoing practically the entire concept. I originally came up with Crystala basically as an excuse to "play dolls" with my characters with no real reason. Then it evolved DIRECTLY from itself and it became very hard to figure shit out.

TLDR; I need to ACTUALLY focus on worldbuilding instead of making characters interact "because". I'm finally trying to give these characters purpose and that might end up redoing their characterization pretty heavily. Here are my priorities for what I call "NEW CRYSTALA".
