Never cheat yourself with learning a new skill/hobby. Sure AI is the easy route when it come to creation and such but why waste hours prompting when you can use those hours learning. Well done Hope, your art is absolutely gorgeous, keep making pretty things!

I think what bit them is Avengers has a rerelease this weekend to get ready for doomsday, so I think this got overshadowed by that That and advertising, like the theater I work at didn’t even get a cardboard stand. Hopefully this will be a sleeper movie where it’ll do better the next weekend

Finally got around to implementing a "Hide Fu/Han" and "Hide Points" toggle to @kemonomahjong.bsky.social, to aid those trying to learn scoring and want to "quiz themselves". Still got to get some translations and some gamepad support implemented, but it's mostly done. :) #indieGameDev #mahjong

Whatever you do though, don't use AI to get yourself to that endpoint faster. You're just cheating yourself out. Would you learn how to draw by getting an AI to generate an image for you? Would you learn how to make music by asking AI to make a song? No, so why let it do that for your new hobby?

Life is all about learning things when you have the motivation on how to do something. If you want to make something, learn how to make it. It's a rewarding and fun experience trying to learn a new hobby. Everyone who you think is great at what they do didn't get there in 1 day.
