I am putting myself to the fullest possible use, which is all I think that any conscious entity can ever hope to do. You can read my comic, “Watched in Watercolor” on ComicFury https://venaday.carrd.co/

Was messing around with posing and shading in between my classes. Bumble is either VERY disinterested or ready for a fight, which is accurate to her personality.

Pluto and Charon have a bite to eat at the Arrokoth ice cream parlor (and Eris is there too)

Arrokoth is the farthest body a spacecraft has ever encountered, it was flown by New Horizons, the same probe to pass Pluto. Recent studies also suggest it may have a coating of glucose and ribose on its surface, which is what inspired me to make it a sweets shop :-]

I wanted to do a serious painting and record the whole drawing process, just to have an example for the youtube. It ended up taking over 10 hours, so I'll have to do multiple x16 speed edits to make it at all palatable to watch.

These are two of Saturn‘s moons, Rhea and Mimas. Rhea has a rayed crater nicknamed the splat (it’s real name is Inktomi), and Mimas has some coincidental connections to pop culture, it has a strong resemblance to the Death Star while It’s heat map looks like Pac-man :-)

@/lordtemn.bsky.social requested that I design the 5th largest plutoid, Gonggong, so I acquiesced and went ahead and designed her moon, Xiangliu, too. #characterdesign #astronomy
