@gavinnewsom.bsky.social must be very happy with the #txprimary, shows the democrats can be sold the lie that a woman of color can't win an election so vote for the white passing guy.

If you think politicians like @gavinnewsom.bsky.social and @jamestalarico.bsky.social are "electable" but @crockett.house.gov and @kamalaharris.com aren't because the country or state "isn't ready for a woman or a person of color", just remember if only white men voted #republicans would always win!

Wondering what the #txprimaries say about the 2026 election cycle. Both parties siding with the moderate candidate. Both moderate camps arguing that the other candidates would lose in the general. Paxton because he is a criminal, and @crockett.house.gov because she's a Black woman!

Just remember without minority voters democrats would never have the majority in house, senate or even a remote chance at the presidency.

If you voted for @jamestalarico.bsky.social instead of @crockett.house.gov because she wasn't "electable" you are the problem. She received more votes than ANY republican candidate, if she's not elected it's because Talarico voters made her unelectable, and yes it was because she is a Black woman!
