How to make more money without adding more content? - Direct existing users to your money pages - Share the "link juice" with pages that need it - Create topical authority .. by creating links with pages that need it. Hard to visualize, if you don't visualize it. #seo

Pages have 90 incoming links. Looks healthy? All 90 are nav links. Zero content links. Google has no topical context for it. 15 out of 97 pages have this problem. Woops. Verified with Screaming Frog. Built a tool that separates the two. It's free to use, so drop your URL. #seo #buildinpublic

SEO gurus, travel bloggers, I need your help.. My site is getting lots of impressions but the CTR's are way below the benchmarks. I can be 3rd in SERP (see screenshot) but have 0.5% CTR. Strong brands and AI overviews vs me? Bad title and meta? Or what.. #buildinpublic

Top 3 SERP results getting 0.5% CTR's isn't exactly great.. Time to change metas and titles for some pages needing the change the most and hopefully I'll start getting more visitors :) So much better than trying to keep up with these in Google Sheets or smth.. #buildinpublic

I have a hobby website. I got tired of thinking and manually changing titles and metas in WP. Even more tired of trying to manage internal linking. Uses page intent, content, SERP position etc. Cause it's more fun doing the stuff you actually like. A full blogging/website suite in the making.

Portfolytics is now live in the Shopify App Store! I have worked in ecommerce (Ecommerce manager, senior ecommerce data engineer etc.) for years, but getting your own product (finally) out there hits very differently from any new job or a promotion. So proud of myself! #buildinpublic

Weekend. The time of the week NOT to work and DO get out of the house to see nature, friends and real life. Not stare at a screen. That's the theory. In practice I'll watch a Premier League match or two in addition to some sexy waterfalls 😁 #Alicante

Yesterday I was excited to notice that one graph had wrong numbers in his app 🫣 It was nice to do some detective work to find out what was wrong without even touching the code. Today, sent my first Linkedin DM to get more beta testers 😒 A founder's gotta do what founder's gotta do #buildinpublic

I need to combine Storeleads/Storecensus data with Linkedin data to DM the best prospects to get beta testers to my Shopify app. Are there any decent tools that let you do that? Doing the combining manually seems exactly the type of work that should and could be automated? #buildinpublic #shopify

Fancy analytics in place (wanted to do smth nerdier after a while) and I just shipped my first Linkedin Carousel ever 💪 Ready to for the beta testers (who get 2 years for FREE). If these carousels don't work perhaps it's time to get less faceless *gulp* with vids 😨 #shopify #buildinpublic

I had a lot of fun designing my first ever app's UI and UX and the core functionalities, but I am enjoying the marketing part much less. I even specialized in "International business and marketing" studying my Masters. No memories what we studied, but it most def wasn't this 😀 #buildinpublic

Shopify people not using Portfolytics are leaving lots of money on the table. 1 minute setup, no customization needed. Easy to read dashboards. Simple as that. #buildingpublic #shopify

It's hard to optimize an ecommerce store if you don't know which collections sell. Shopify's native reports only show sales in product and shop level. --> I created an app (zero setup) that instantly show's sales in collections and categories. portfolytics.app #buildinpublic

I haven't worked much the past 3 weekends as I've noticed that I have been more and more tired of long weeks and quite a few setbacks. Nothing wrong with noticing that you really need a break. And acting on it. #buildinpublic

"I am really the first one doing this?" Yesterday I showed my gf the ugly app demo enthustiastic about a feature and realized that my little solution is the first one of it's kind (almost certainly). Made me feel proud of myself (doesn't happen enough) . I think I'm addicted now. #buildinpublic

The multitasking heaven before a little 2 week 🇲🇽 getaway: - Shopify app approval process feat. privacy policy, marketing texts, app name, logo etc - translate and publish SEO site articles - cover letter and CV changes to potential client (CRO gig) Yes we can! 💪 #buildinpublic

Dear #buildinpublic How should I build a landing page for my B2B app? It should look shiny and techy and ooze competence. I have created some sites on WP, but never with templates, so those might be an option. Or just use Framer or smth? I'm a bit torn thb..

If you work with APIs, you should at least try Postman. So much nicer than using a command prompt or whatever. "Real" devs might disagree, but I'm not one, and i've always preferred GUIs to text based UIs. #buildinpublic

Seeing the buzzword "AI Agents" everywhere, but not exactly sure what they are? I wrote a short post about the topic. Read and be readier to drop some terminology and knowledge at the water cooler or in the break room 😎 www.linkedin.com/pulse/ai-age... #buildinpublic #ai #aiagents

linkedin.comAI Agents in the Workplace 2025AI agents seem to be the buzzword of 2025, but there are a lot of misconceptions about what they are. In this post, I want to explain what constitutes an “AI agent” and what are simply automated workf...

I am developing my first Shopify app (with a freelancer dev) and I'm entering the beta testing next week. Because Shopify allows only one distribution method per app: - should I just publish the MVP? - create two apps. one for testing, and one public for the store? -smth else? #buildinpublic

My predictions for 2025: 1. Biggest hype of the year will be Agentic AI: Agents will be huge, but nobody seems to agree what they even are. There will be lots of money raised to “stay in the game”. #buildinpublic

8. No code and low code tools live up to the hype: By the end of the year, no-code and low-code tools have developed enough to create hiqh quality full-stack apps instead of the scripting they are able to do now well.

6. Google Search will prevail: People don’t only come to the Internet to learn, but also to read and watch things they enjoy from fellow humans. I believe this is an X/Bluesky bubble.

5. Crypto winter, with a twist: The crypto sector will underperform compared to the expectations. However, there are promising use cases in agent-to-agent collaboration using blockchain which might also swing things in other direction as well.

2. Agent frameworks will lead to costly failures: The complexity of the systems will cause some major damage as these types of systems are very hard, if not impossible, to test thoroughly. Expect customer service crises and stock crashes from agent-related failures.

In case you want to find reach local Shopify stores but don't know where to find them: -ChatGPT knows I used quite a bit of time to find just a couple suitable Shopify stores to contact for testing my MVP app, but luckily finally decided to ask ChatGPT. Quite surprising thb.. #buildinpublic

Hello pydanticAI world! The more I read about this thing the more I like it. The code is way cleaner than crewAI for example. We will see about the limitations later. Expect a lot of posts about this stuff the next few weeks 😎 #buildinpublic
