It’s so frustrating to see every creative industry in shambles right now because it’s not for lack of shows, movies, games, books, comics, etc making money. People are hungry for human made art! The greed of others is killing our creative careers.

Right now the world is full of people who want to code and write and paint and film stuff and people who want to play and read and look at and watch stuff and nobody is allowed to do any of that because some unrelated third guy isn't making enough money off the deal

it's my birthday today!! 🥳 As a treat, I'd appreciate if you shared the lil original animated short I'm directing (and maybe consider supporting?)! It's about a ghostpup and a witch! 👻 #art #animation #original

Needed to hear that I'm not the only one struggling so much. Been having a hard time surviving financially since last year, I can barely pay bills... it's been a constant battle and it's so, so stressful. This month I can't afford paying for health care 💦 I feel like a failure all the time.

It's tough seeing every single freelance artist I know having the same "uhh I haven't had paying work or sales in weeks" posts, it's gotten extremely tough out there for us. If you have the means, please consider treating yourself to a commission or print or book from an artist you like, it helps!

People think I'm 'successful' cause of the Lorcana cards I get to draw. I'd be jobless without those, but those alone are not enough to cover living expenses. Other clients fall through or just... don't exist.
