I cannot overstate how much I love Dropout. When I'm feeling down, that stuff hits me right where I need it. Came there for Dimension 20 but stayed for shit like Game Changer, Make Some Noise, Crowd Control, VIP, Smartypants, etc. The one and ONLY streaming platform I will throw money at. Period.

I finally got to try The CryptID Show by @anicacihla.com , and boy was this fun! Absolutely loved the vibe, we had such good moments, already imagined it being a weekly content with the community ^^ Expect an actual play on Sunday (in French, sorry)

It's not often that I hear a line that hits me hard in a superhero content. But here comes Lanterns. Someone dies and wrote their own eulogy, which ends with "I guess it was easier to fly than to stay on the ground. I hope I mattered". OOOF this one got me! Right in the feels

(2/3) ... first of all the person was making a distinction between actual play players and "friends", which makes zero sense, since most of the groups that broadcast their plays are friends to begin with, I sure as hell am with my players. But what really pissed me off was ...

Bit of a rant incoming, so bear with me. Saw a video where someone made the argument that Actual Plays are not TTRPGs, in the sense that it's not people playing, it's people putting on a show, it's entertainment but for the viewers, not for themselves. I am so damn influencable... Usually if I see a clip of a show, or read a random quote of a book, I get right on it even though I had no intention of checking it out. Ever saw a piece of media that you absolutely love but can't pinpoint why? It always pisses me off because I wanna recommend it SO BAD but can't come up with arguments that make sense to me. A good example for me is Fleabag, absolutely fantastic but I don't know why it worked for me

I've been living in this appartment for around 9 years now. Space didn't allow me to have both a large desk for my computer and the piano, so I stuck with a very narrow desk. WHY did it take me 9 years to think "oh wait, maybe i can put the screens ON the piano and voilà !" ... I'm dumb

Finally got to play The Time we Have by @moreblueberries.bsky.social , absolutely fantastic game, so deep, emotional and intimate. Can't recommend to everyone (I think you need the right mindset for this), but can ABSOLUTELY recommend! Make sure to have tissues around though! 10/10, would die again
