Looking for a fantasy series to pick up? Mine's started off with two long books! Join Maeve as she tries to find her way back home from the dark world that is Saerda, where magic is real, gods and demons lurk, and every day is a struggle to survive. #IndieAuthor #Fantasy #Isekai #WriteSky #ReadSky

No painting progress due to being on the wrong side of the country atm, but I did throw together a submission for an anthology series and finished edits on my Elven Invasion wip. Also started on a second one-shot to submit. So that’s progress right? #WriteSky #WritingCommunity #AuthorSky

QTP with two of your favourite female characters. Voya and Maeve, by far and away my favorite characters to write.

Got my chapter written for the day, so resumed work on a personal #ImperialKnights project. Blue and gold as main, with flag and arms for Kirkcudbright. Lower half is done and varnished, along with the shoulder mounts. #Warhammer40k #40k #TableTopGaming #WarhammerPainting

Friday Painting Objective met; second squad of Rangers all done. Time to shift gears and focus on some writing. #40k #Warhammer40k #Hobbying #TabletopGaming #Aeldari

Thursday Painting Objective met; first squad of Rangers all done. Five more will be tomorrow’s target and give me a good count for the week. #40k #Warhammer40k #Hobbying #TabletopGaming #Aeldari

Wednesday Painting Objective met; Redemptor completed as well as a Lieutenant. Next up will be my Rangers for my Eldar I think. #40k #Warhammer40k #SpaceMarines #Hobbying #TabletopGaming #Aeldari #BloodRavens

Monday/Tuesday Objectives met; Fire Prism #2 and Wave Serpent both completed. Next up will be my second Redemptor I think. #40k #Warhammer40k #SpaceMarines #Hobbying #TabletopGaming #Aeldari #BloodRavens

Monday Painting; no models completed today because of a busy work schedule , plus the fact that I picked out a Wave Serpent and a Fire Prism, but made good progress on both. Should wrap them tomorrow. #40k #Warhammer40k #SpaceMarines #Hobbying #TabletopGaming #Aeldari #BloodRavens

QTP with your favourite Jedi! (wrong answers only)

Painting Objective met; got the shroud runners and the jumppack lads done. Went five for five this week, time to take the weekend off to avoid burnout and we’ll get started up again on Monday. #40k #Warhammer40k #SpaceMarines #Hobbying #TabletopGaming #Aeldari #BloodRavens

You’re invited to the Bluesky Hallowe’en party. Show off your costume.

Day five. Going to see about the remaining pair of Shroud Runners, then look into wrapping up some assault marines that have been sitting at 90% done for far too long. #40k #Warhammer40k #SpaceMarines #Hobbying #TabletopGaming #Aeldari

Painting Objective met; two more banshees, my desolator sergeant , and my captain on bike. That’s four for four, we’re officially on a streak! Tomorrow… probably wrapping up more partially finished models. #40k #Warhammer40k #SpaceMarines #Hobbying #TabletopGaming #Aeldari #BloodRavens

Day four, progress continues. Aiming to get the Desolator Sergeant, the remaining two Banshees, and the new bike captain wrapped today. #40k #Warhammer40k #SpaceMarines #Hobbying #TabletopGaming #Aeldari

Painting Objective met; two more Desolators and three Banshees for my second unit. That’s three for three this week, going strong. Tomorrow will be the last desolator, a bike, and two more banshees. #40k #Warhammer40k #SpaceMarines #Hobbying #TabletopGaming #Aeldari #BloodRavens

Day three. Going with two Desolators and then wrapping up three Banshees that I started last night while hanging out at the lgs. #40k #Warhammer40k #SpaceMarines #Hobbying #TabletopGaming #Aeldari

Painting Objective met; my second Wraithlord and the first two Desolators. Tomorrow we’ll need to work on more marines with rockets, and I’ll have to pick out some Eldar to do with them. #40k #Warhammer40k #SpaceMarines #Hobbying #TabletopGaming #Aeldari #BloodRavens

Three models yesterday felt very achievable, so here’s three more for today’s painting objective. #40k #Warhammer40k #SpaceMarines #Hobbying #TabletopGaming #Aeldari

Painting Objective met; Maugan Ra and two Terminators with Cyclone launchers. Tomorrow I will be finally getting around to my Desolators and my second Wraithlord. #40k #Warhammer40k #SpaceMarines #Hobbying #TabletopGaming #Aeldari #BloodRavens

Today’s painting objective. #40k #Warhammer40k #SpaceMarines #Hobbying #TabletopGaming #Aeldari

#BloodRavens reinforcements have arrived and been assembled. I forsee painting many bikes in my future this week. #40k #Warhammer40k #SpaceMarines #Hobbying #TabletopGaming

No painting today. Instead I revved up the assembly line and got a lot done. #40k #Aeldari #WarhammerHobbying #TableTopGaming

I just want to work on my next book, but Tali says hell no, her needs are more important. #writesky #authorsky #corgi

Got the gun arms done, think I need to swap out magnets on the right, it’s a bit loose, but I think it’s looking good. #40k #Aeldari #WarhammerPainting #Painting

Worked my way up while builds were running today. We’re getting there. Thinking of putting Infinity’s Lament on the base… but that’s a whole other mode to paint. Opinions? #40k #Aeldari #WarhammerPainting #Painting

Didn’t end up gaming at the lgs, did some more painting instead. Got the legs all done. #40k #Aeldari #WarhammerPainting #Painting

Work got hella busy today, so only got one arm done. #40k #Aeldari #WarhammerPainting #Painting

Today’s progress. Still struggling to replicate my Avatar’s sword, my own fault for not documenting my steps, but got closer this time. Hopefully will have the whole thing done by the end of the week. #40k #Aeldari #WarhammerPainting #Paintin

So it begins. #40k #Aeldari #WarhammerPainting #Painting

Considering my age, I don't think any of these are that surprising... definitely have to keep FFX at the number one spot though. Can't even begin to describe how many hours I spent on that game, and its definitely influenced my tastes. #my9games #gaming #myninegames #games #videogames

Film you've watched more than six times with a gif

And the rest of the Guardians are done, along with their Farseer and Warlock Conclave. Support weapon is magnetized, trying out the Starcannon to start with. I like the potential flexibility, but we’ll have to see how it goes tomorrow . #40k #Aeldari #WarhammerPainting #Painting

It feels good to be making progress on my new book once again, though I'm somewhat impatient to get back to writing battle scenes. Something about writing Elves fighting in Napoleonic ranks against Humans & Dwarves armed with swords and sorcery just invigorates me. :) #AuthorSky #IndieAuthor

Five more Aspect Warriors, some Scorpions this time. Just three more Guardians to get done for my second test game with Eldar tomorrow. #40k #Aeldari #WarhammerPainting #Painting

Opposite extremes. The size difference is hilarious between the two, and really wish the Wraithlord’s shoulder mounts weren’t so over the top. #40k #Aeldari #BloodRavens #WarhammerPainting #Painting

Been a while, sorry about that. I'm going to do my best to start properly doing updates a few times a month, keep everyone up to speed on how my various projects are going. #Newsletter #IndieAuthor #WritingProgress #WriteSky #AuthorSky

#Aeldari #Eldar #Warhammer40k #WarhammerPainting #Painting Avatar is all wrapped up. Now if I could only remember how I did the sword so I could replicate that elsewhere…

Name a Disney Princess, wrong answers only.

#Aeldari #Eldar #Warhammer40k #WarhammerPainting #Painting I am so happy with how she turned out.

What GIF pops up when you type in your name? ...ominous?

#Aeldari #Eldar #Warhammer40k #WarhammerPainting #Painting Howling Banshees are all done.

Post your favorite 40k Warhammer kill team, wrong (right?) answers only.

#Aeldari #Eldar #Warhammer40k #WarhammerPainting #Painting Falcon ready to provide fire support and deliver some aspect warriors.

#Aeldari #Eldar #Warhammer40k #WarhammerPainting #Painting Dire Avengers all wrapped up.

#Aeldari #Eldar #Warhammer40k #WarhammerPainting #Painting First Windrider trio is done, weapons magnetized for future-proofing.

#Aeldari #Eldar #Warhammer40k #WarhammerPainting #Painting Got the Farseer on their jetbike all done.

Because I have a collecting problem, I’ve started picking up jetbikes. Shining Spear Exarch was the first one up, rather happy with the results. #Aeldari #Eldar #Warhammer40k #WarhammerPainting #Painting
