What is the appeal of the modern day GOP to working class voters? Seriously, what have they delivered for the average citizen? I have seen about 100 think pieces describing what is wrong with the democratic party but I see very little (If any) real analysis about what the GOP offers and delivers.

Look at this article from 2013. These 3 used to be among the most extreme elected republicans. Now? They are middle of the road extremist republicans AT BEST!!! We hear dems are too left, but ALMOST NO serious discussion from the professional punditry class about the GOP moving too far right.
