I still can’t believe I’m meeting Marrok’s actor in 5 days. He is one of my favorite Star Wars characters, and that started as a joke at first, but that ironic love slowly turned into genuine respect for an amazing villain.

I’ve been loving My Adventures with Superman, but I’m not vibing with the design and voice for Slade. I hate sounding like a neckbeard, but he genuinely feels so meek and void of any cool factor, especially when comparing him to Manu Bennett, Ron Perlman, or even the DCEU portrayals.

One thing I hope “Mando & Grogu” proves me wrong with is the use of Zeb as Mando’s First mate. It looks like he’s going to be in the movie a lot. I get that Mando needs a buddy, but I would have preferred Boba or Cobb. Zeb just feels like such a random character for a movie about the Mandalorian.

One thing I love about the Inquisitors is that their sabers let off this mechanical sound effect. It makes them come off as artificial, almost as if they’re pretenders. They’re hollow pawns at are a dime a dozen.

This is further represented in the fight Maul has with Marrok. Marrok twirls his saber using the mechanism built into the hilt. There is no skill there. Maul has to twirl his manually, something he learned to do. It’s a great visual metaphor for who the better warrior is at their core.

I hate it when people say Marrok has to die in Shadow Lord to make the timeline match up. If he dies tomorrow, ima be REEEALLY mad (4/4)

Everyone is saying that Marrok is probably a Zombie because when he died in Ahsoka, he turned into green mist. But like…I don’t see the correlation. The most evidence people have is: Marrok > Green Cloud > Associated with Nightsister Magic > Morgan is Witch > Marrok was resurrected. (1/4)

You’re telling me Morgan’s magick is more advanced than Mother Talzin, the leader of all Witches? Talzin couldn’t even resurrect zombies in Clone Wars? She needed Old Daka to do it. Even the Great Mothers, the original Dathomiri Ancestors couldn’t make their zombies sentient. (3/4)
