I can think of so many things that make my daughters special. No AI needed. - they’re kind and loving - they are incredibly smart problem solvers - they’re getting a lot better about not barking at the neighbors so much see, it’s super easy to do when you love someone.

Tonight, I had one of my biggest panic attacks in years. Completely set off both fight and flight. One of the things that doesn't get talked about enough with that is the shame that can follow. It's different from feeling ashamed about the panic. It takes a while to recover.

I failed twice at dying, lived on a farm for a few years, and then finally got around to keeping a promise I made as a child to publish my writing. Big fan of elephants, bears, and Lake Monsters!

An hour of meditation doesn't fix everything, but it does help manage my blood pressure. It does a lot more than that, but my doctor has been happy with the physical effects in combination with my meds, what with stress having made my seizures way too frequent for a while.
