Note all encounters are tied to ICE field offices rather than specific communities. ICE doesn't disclose, or perhaps record at all (?), the specific locations in communities they encounter the public. The only identifiable location data it provided was the field offices to which agents report.

ICE/CPB agents need to report the latitude and longitude for their encounters to give the public a chance to hold DHS accountable for abuses. Right now I'm looking at a DHS spreadsheet with almost one million rows of encounters with the public and it has no specific location data outside of jails.

The only other useful location data provided is the field offices to which the agents report-i.e., nearly all encounters in the data take place at the field offices rather than in communities. It will be hard to sue them later for abuses without video evidence placing them in communities.

You are up to date.
