Listening to this article as I clean out the tidal wave of desperate fundraising appeals was a singularly depressing experience. I'm hoping the Democrats win convincingly but if they do not fix the funding model they will fail the nation. Clean it up. newrepublic.com/article/2163...

If we have any chance of getting some sense of justice and democracy back we cannot accept "let's move on" or "too disruptive to pursue now." It can't be like the aftermath of the subprime collapse of 2007 & 2008. The fuckers who participated need to shown that no one is "too big to be tried"

If you want to unsettle the confident Christians in your life share with them the place Jesus has in Islam: That he is a prophet and his miracles are recorded in the Quran and Jesus is mentioned over 25 times in this holy book. Then suggest they really should have a natural affinity with Islam.
