Just to be clear... Prop 40 is a ONE-TIME retroactive tax. It applies ONLY to billionaires and would tax just 5% of their wealth — which grew 30% in 2025. California's billionaires would still be worth $2T+ AFTER the tax. The revenue will fund healthcare for millions of Californians. Vote YES.

The judge in the case about the DC PUBLIC golf course should offer the following: If any member of the government or any contractor/subcontractor or other person affects the existing grounds of the golf course, they will be charged with contempt and fined 100,000 each, per offense.
