Everything is user-submittable. Have a new or niche plate? You can add it to the catalog. Same with filaments. You can help the community out by submitting the standard test print! It's about 4g and a 10m print. More results for a pairing increase confidence in the score!

Oops, small caveat! Print-surface photos are the only thing that can't be user-submitted, because their photos need to be taken in a fixture so they can be used for wipe-to-compare photos
