Indeed. I am old enough to remember when Health Care Insurance was NFP in the U.S.. It really was affordable, uncomplicated and you were covered. Most employers covered all or most of the the premiums. Now...well you know. I do hope your fellow Canadians are paying attention.

As of December 15th. NYS ban of the sale of pets in retail stores goes into effect. This covers the sale of dogs, cats and rabbits. Retail stores still selling will face a fine of up to 1K per violation.
