Ok well I avoided the cold/flu/covid from 4 airplanes and an entire furry con but I get back home and my dad is sick. I've been feeling fine for two day so far. Hopefully my immune system is on top of its shit!

Back in Canada after visiting Kelda for a month + BLFC. Lost 3 hours which sucks but the weather is beautiful and I get to see my cat again.

Journaling is very strong I recommend everyone do it. Writing 20 racing thoughts down into organized paragraphs really helps with understanding them and keeping them in order. Helps with prioritization too.
