Alright, I came back, I'm here, I still exist. Sorry for disappearing! Been through a lot of dark times lately but I'm still around and I'm trying my best to keep existing and find my way to thrive. Thanks so much to everyone who's been so supportive 💙

It's amazing how fast you can wipe out the dread of a scarcity trauma mindset by the right kinds of self exposure. Yeah, it's scary, but putting yourself out the door pays off. One of my worst troubles is rejection sensitivity, but going out and being wanted by others to spend time with is healing!

Living with C-PTSD without adequate support and understanding is hell. As time goes on, my mental health is getting worse, and my ability to relate and connect with others is crumbling away, even worse than in the past. I don't feel that there's anything I can do anymore to improve matters.
