So turns out it’s astigmatism. I’m getting special glasses from them but they take weeks so I got some cheap pairs from Zenni I’m getting rushed that hopefully will arrive by Friday. I’m going insane. I can barely focus on work; the headaches are terrible

So looks like I’m either going to need glasses suddenly at my ripe old age, or I have cancer. Will find out in a week

I’m in awe every day that no platforming game has even come close to the perfect movement and physics that Super Metroid has. In 32 years since its release, not one developer has managed to make anything even resembling its perfection in platforming. It’s shocking

Getting back into Super Metroid Arcade. It’s just like riding a bike. My movement and trick ability came back faster than I could’ve imagined. Like immediate. You can still see rust of course, but I’m impressed at how quickly it came back to me
