Lula winning is great for the planet, great for Brazil, and great for people who aren't revanchist assholes everywhere in the world, but let's not forget that it's also going to make some of the worst people on Earth extremely sad and mad. We should enjoy that, as a little treat.

Not to ruin anyone’s Sunday afternoon, but Brazilians are voting for president today. We’ll start getting returns at 4pm ET, and, based on the results of the first round it’d be a clear surprise if Lula survives against Bolsonaro — even if polls have tightened in the last two weeks.

Turned 42 yesterday and today noticed I'd gotten email from my mother, whom I cut off years ago when she immediately began demanding the names of "[my] doctors" when I told her I wanted to transition (so she could sue when I was dead? or something?), and here I am, still like this. I actually had someone come up and say they found COWoW at a local bookstore in Copenhagen (one I can’t go see my books at bc it’s not wheelchair accessible) and they bought it based on the cover and were not expecting the content but ended up enjoying it despite how gruesome it was
