Everything I didn’t want to learn about covert narcissism: They must protect their delicate ego at all times. They continuously rewrite reality to keep their image of the so called“wounded healer”. They take pride in calling themselves an empath, saying they “feel everything“ 1/3

and “know you better than you know yourself” They express moral superiority without actually embodying it. They keep their story going as the ultimate, forever victim. They call themselves a phoenix always having to rise from the ashes of what someone else has supposedly done to them. 2/3

All while doing their best to systematically control you through coercion and manipulation. Their emotional supply is to keep you on your toes trying to do and say the right thing so as not set them off. And they do all of it with zero self reflection, while calling *you* a selfish narcissist. 3/3

You don’t have the luxury to vote ‘independent’ They are going to try to steal this election to continue the fleecing of America. The vote needs to be so overwhelmingly blue that they can’t steal enough ballots to change what the majority wants. A Congress that holds this motherf*cker accountable.

What are we going to do about the safety of our vote? He’s literally telling us that he’s rigged the election again and we’re just gonna… what? Let him and Elon do it again?

You know what’s sad? Americans deserve the truth about an elected official and not one republican will step out of line to tell the truth about Mitch McConnell. And it’s even sadder that there’s a damn line at all. I’m so tired of this god forsaken era we’re all being forced to live through.

In the last 15 years, Taylor Farms has had at least four major foodborne illness outbreaks. That sounds dangerous to me. Sounds like they might need…oh, what’s that word Republicans hate?… Regulations.

You will never control someone else's behavior, nor should you. That's on them. What you can control is your reaction and what you take away from it. Will you wallow in it or will you get your ass back up and learn something from it? Your work is within yourself. Focus on that. 8/9

It's none of your business what other people think of you. That painful lesson will become a gift. And the wisdom you gain will change your life. I'm grateful for all of it. Love you 💋🤍 9/9

Blackmail, public shaming, and smear campaigns will no doubt be uncomfortable, and yet when you believe in yourself, all of that vilification will bounce right off of you, overcoming your need to defend yourself. 6/9

And ask your inner critic to back off and instead become unflinchingly self-compassionate. And then, no matter how incessantly manipulative people attempt to push you, they will no longer get under your skin. 4/9

- unless and until you take care of the original shame that never ever belonged to you, someone will come along and try to use that vulnerability to take advantage of you. It's your responsibility to safeguard yourself from this. 2/9

Take care of and start to heal all of those childhood wounds. Get curious. Study your emotional bruises. Treat clarity and self-love like a muscle. Stretch it and strengthen it. Learn to trust your body's intuition, not what your brain is trying to make sense of. 3/9

This is so disappointing. Some of you may not be surprised, but I had no idea. Dammit. At this point, with what we *all* know, anybody hobnobbing with these sociopaths are the same as the people that were hobnobbing with those other sociopaths in Germany in the late ‘30s. I said what I said.

A top stand-up comic has been busted rubbing shoulders with MAGA royalty at Donald Trump’s 80th birthday bash UFC fight.

Oh f*ck off. We would all be a hell of a lot better if we spoke multiple languages. Still pisses me off that my immigrant Italian family was ashamed of speaking Italian outside of the home.

JD Vance on government funding for interpreters: "People should be speaking English in the United States of America. I think that's common sense."

Leo: "The message of the church, the message of the gospel -- blessed are the peacemakers. I do not look at my role as being political. I don't want to get into a debate with him. I don't think the message of the gospel is meant to be abused in the way that some people are doing."

No matter how much some of you think some of us are overreacting it is still a severe under reaction to what’s actually happening with this dangerous and greedy sh*t show of an administration

He thinks by posting that vile video that it will pull our attention away from how many times he’s in the Epstein files. We can talk about the depraved non-human pedophilic rapist that he most certainly is and how disgustingly racist he is. We can do both.

There is no reaction big enough to what is happening in this country right now. We knew. ‘Grab them by the p*ssy.’‘I can shoot someone on Fifth Avenue.’ And it is so much more mind-bogglingly worse 10+ years later with no guard rails. But we knew.
