A couple of weeks ago, we posted a request on Steam and on the WolfQuest Discord, asking for anecdotes and accounts about how WolfQuest has affected our players. And people delivered – big time! Today's devblog shares a few of the responses (out of more than 300!). youtu.be/DnpsgC5IP4c

Multiplayer for WolfQuest Classic (v2.7) is no longer available due to new new security protocols on the server. The single-player game will continue to work. Technology marches on and with code dating back to 2007, it's no longer possible to continue supporting WQ 2.7 multiplayer.

In a computer game, it's natural for players to make their own hypotheses about how things work -- but it's not always easy to prove or disprove those. Today's devblog examines at a few such myths, and then looks at other mysteries about the game's development and history. youtu.be/Lewz-7vMJk4

The devil is in the details, as we always learn again when we think we're just about done with a new game feature. This time it's the upcoming Hellroaring Mountain DLC map. Today's video takes a look at some of the endless tweaking that needs to be done before release. youtu.be/huuxdMEyPPE

Please take a moment to write a review on Steam. Great ratings and positive reviews from our fabulous player community make a huge difference to WolfQuest development. We appreciate all the ways players support WolfQuest. We truly wouldn't be here doing this without you!

Added "Carmella's Theme" (which plays when you find the lost dog in Lost River). Updated "Home Sweet Home" (which was missing the lead guitar!). Corrected the order of two tracks ("Danger at the Den" and "Playful Pups," which certainly could be confusing)

UPDATE 11/30/2023 Things are chugging along nicely with the persistent pack system and more generally the Saga. Nothing is quite ready to show in a devblog, but we can offer another peek at the upcoming Hellroaring Mountain DLC map.

After making some 60 dens for Lost River and Amethyst Mountain over the past 20 months, it's hard to think of new, distinctive dens....but last month in Zion National Park, Utah, we came upon this boulder balanced upon two others, and I instantly thought of WolfQuest.
