#52BookClub Prompt #5: Magical realism 💛🏠 THE SEVEN YEAR SLIP by Ashley Poston There was some debate over what magical realism entails, but I chose this romance with a mysterious time slip that definitely felt like there was magic involved. This was my first by this author and I LOVED it! 💙📚 🌈📚

#52BookClub Prompt #6: Women in STEM 👩‍💻🎵 IN THE KEY OF CODE by Aimee Lucido This was a hidden gem I found in the children's section of the library. Mixes verse with lines of code and music terminology in a heartfelt story that I loved. I'm glad I discovered it! 💙📚 🌈📚

#52BookClub Prompt #3: A book with more than 40 chapters 🛸🌙 WELCOME TO NIGHT VALE by Joseph Fink & Jeffrey Cranor I love the podcast so was excited to read this. It made me laugh a lot, I liked the plot, but was sometimes a bit TOO convoluted and random that it took me ages to read. 💙📚 🌈📚

#52BookClub Prompt #4: Lowercase letters on the spine ♠️💻 SOLITAIRE by Alice Oseman Reread since the Heartstopper Netflix series has started venturing into Solitaire plotlines. Probably my least favourite Alice Oseman book, but love that it was the introduction to the Heartstopper universe! 💙📚 🌈📚

Introduce yourself with – one book – one movie – one album – one tv show

(These might not be in order of the prompts as there are some I haven't completed yet!) Let's do this!!

#52BookClub Prompt #2: Bibliosmia – a smelly book ⚔️☕ LEGENDS & LATTES by @travisbaldree.bsky.social I adored this!! I'm not a huge fantasy reader but I love D&D, so this was everything I hoped for: a cozy, low-stakes fantasy with genuinely loveable and diverse characters. 💙📚 🌈📚
