Hey remember a couple months ago when I almost died from sleep apnea and begged y'all to be checked if you have symptoms of sleep apnea? Eric Bauza just died from sleep apnea. We were the same age. Don't ignore sleep apnea.

Do you get a full night's sleep but wake up feeling like death? Does your whole body feel off in ways you can't explain? Research signs of Sleep Apnea. Get a sleep test. You can't diagnose it yourself, cuz you sleepin'.

People abroad don't understand the level of interference Meta & bots had in these elections. 5 days before the election a far-right politician posted a fake news video that got 157 MILLION views on Instagram in 24hs. For reference, GTA 6's reveal trailer got 90 million views on YouTube in 24hs.

We tried "everyone is entitled to an opinion" for three straight decades and all we have to show for it is four thousand cases of measles and a death cult running the government. It's time for people who don't know what they're talking about to shut the fuck up.

Look, AI-detection companies do the worst thing you could possibly do: They do a loop between training and the test set, until they get the test set right. And then they pretend that generalizes That's iterative p-hacking. It's making the numbers look better, while the results get worse.

I’m especially frustrated by the piece uncritically repeating Pangram’s “no false positives” claim when I know writer friends who have run their own work through & had it flag their 100% human-written sentences as machine-generated. We must doubt any company’s claim about its product having 0 fails.

The author's brazen fetish, presented with such hedonistic flair and and open pride it makes you feel a little embarassed for needing to hide your own passions behind self-effacing jokes in order to preserve a sense of safe, pseudo-ironic detachment

After seeing one too many memes from it, finally sat down and read through Out of Placers. I can't help but feel the way fans get ying-brained about it is the same way I get skitterbrained with my tabletop character. Something nice about just... creechur...
